Within the FILA project EU funded through Interreg – IPA CBC Italy – Albania – Montenegro programme, the FILA Model was designed following bottom-up collaborative and participatory methodologies that include desk and field analyses and mostly the results of the three living labs organized in Italy, Albania, and Montenegro.
FILA project integrates with and adapts to the European Innovation Partnerships (EIPs) approach in the programme cooperation area of Italy, Albania and Montenegro.
Following the EIP AGRI approach, indeed, the FILA Model was conceived by gathering and sharing the needs and the associated solutions on knowledge and technology transfer with stakeholders and aimed at strengthening the knowledge and technology transfer to favour cooperation among the innovation chain actors, not only by sharing and transferring research results but also by co-designing innovative new solutions and motivating young talents to implement open innovation processes
